[spe.pycs.net] SPE 0.7.3a

Thanks for your comments. I'm trying now to make SPE
more stable, but major problems have arise from the
new wxpython version. I'm also considering quiting
pycs.net as it is down too many times. Unfortunately
donations don't allow me to spend more time on SPE.
I'll continue slowly. But which version is more stable
in your opinion?
