[Soc-2018-dev] Git commit acces

Added Geraldine and Leonardo to committers.

As for the committing directly vs. via review: this is something you should
check with your mentor. For some projects it might really help doing early
reviews, and also will ensure less things to be changed after the GSoC is
over when projects are to be wrapped up for master.
