Project: Recast&Detour integration

Done this week:
1) Finished integration of obstacle avoidance from Cane project:
- handling segments obstacles
- physics parameters for actors (max acceleration, turn speed)
2) Included information from navigation mesh to simulation for obstacle
avoidance
3) Added debug visualization for simulation (it will be removed from release
version or would be enabled/disabled)

Plan for next week: tweaking and experiments with obstacle avoidance
simulation  to exclude weird behaviour, resolving issue with object movement
(task from this week)


P.S. In attachments there is small demo, which I used for testing
