Project: Recast&Detour integration

Done this week:
- fixed bugs in the detour integration (using RAS_MeshObject interfaces for
creation vertices and indices data, destroying obstacles for navmesh
objects, processing of navmesh object world transform)
- work on adaptation of the conversion to detour data for new blender
representation: using navigation polygon indices stored as the layer of  the
custom face data to recover navigation polygons.

Plan for next week: finish work on conversion to detour data, visualization
of the navmesh polygons.
