It 'locks the active camera to the view'. Disable it for all your 3dviews (in separate windows). Now with Ctrl+Numpad0 make the different cameras the active camera in their own 3dview</span></div>

It you are just modeling, you can't view the scene from all different
cameras at once. There is only one "default camera" at any given
moment. You can switch to which camera you want to use by selecting it,
then pressing CTRL-0 (Where 0 is the zero key in the numerical keys).<br>
Otherwise, you can simply manipulate the 3D views to where you need,
without having to use a camera.<br>
<br>
Now, you can use the Game Engine to get the view of all the cameras at
once, but then you can't model while running the game engine. Here are
the instructions to setup multiple viewports:<br>
