[Robotics] Quick update from the LAAS

Hello everyone,

A short notice to inform everybody that, after a couple of months of delay
due to administrative issues, our new "Blender engineer", Gilberto
Echeverria is about to settle in Toulouse.
Another good news: we are working in tight collaboration with another
institute (the ONERA) on the simulator, and they have hired as well an
full-time engineer to work on Blender. Nicolas Lassabe (that's his name)
started here a week ago.

Our developments should now switch to full-speed mode!
