Jaume Castells Carles, known as Zamme in the Internet, declares himself technical before artist. He was born in Lloret de Mar (Girona) and started in the world of computers very soon. At the end of 2006 discovered free software and since then has continued to help developing free applications, teaching those who need it and, above all, learning every day.
In 2008 he began to take interest in game development and programming. With this in mind and seeing he needed design knowledge, started, totally self-taught, continuous learning in graphic editing programs, photography and 3D. The discovery of the free tool Blender 3D in 2007, brought together two of his greatest passions, programming and graphics.
After creating a couple of videogame demos as free software, he published a game in the Apple Store for iPhone ("Final Antivirus") with the 8Rosa Team company, which is co-creator with three friends.
Currently teaches game programming and, in parallel, developing a video game on a stage made entirely in 3D based on Vilanova de Meią (Lleida), where he currently lives and where he spent many summers of his life. Many of his works are reflections of his daily live in this town and its relationship with the environment.<br>
