That said, his work really does still look beginner-ish. Also, I feel that the training just has the wrong workflow. People sitting through something that are going to be very "argh... when do I get to actually learn the useful part of the lesson?"<div>

Not quite of the level I'd hope for from an officially certified teacher. I have to say that I also don't really agree with how he structures his classes (though the quality of his work is what made me say -1). He starts a lot of his tutorials with a lot of info about setup/config/paths... things I would not bother students with until much further along in a course (maybe that's just me though).</div>

I do software design and development for living at QNX. I am part of the Multimedia team and I write codecs for audio/video and protocols for live streaming. For fun I like to fly. I am a private pilot and I used to hang-glide (did so for 20 years). I start learning Blender 3~4 years ago to teach it to my daughters. At the end Blender became a hobby to me. I like teaching... in the past I used to teach guitar and Microprocessor in a hightech school. I would like to start teaching again. I am scheduled to start teaching Blender in January at Ottawa Catholic School Board as an open General Interest Course.
