<p>I finally got a chance to play around with the stabilizer rework today, and while it looks really promising, I was having an issue where it wasn't working correctly. I made a video to demonstrate. Sorry it turned out a little longer than I anticipated when
I started, but I wanted to be sure it was doing what I thought it was.</p>

My branch is rebased against recent master (18.4.2016, just after 2.77a)<br>
