I can’t reproduce that bug, but indeed, you should post a report...

I had this problem on every machine I tried Blender. I think
this behaviour needs to be cleaned. The UI is supposed to change
inmediately when I select Spanish when interface and tooltips

with Tuquito 5, 64bits (Ubuntu based distro).<br>
