</div>Eek, this is a really, really, really bad idea. It's going to confuse<br>
the hell out of so many people, including myself - nobody expects the<br>
order of modifier keys to make a difference, indeed some people just<br>
push them both at the same time.<br>
<br>
There are many better solutions to the problem of accessing tools<br>
quickly, doing this sort of thing will quickly turn into a usability<br>
nightmare and it's definitely not where we should be heading.<br>
