Hi all,

It's been good to have a period of reflection and feedback, checking on 
all possible viewpoints and strategies. Right now there's sufficient 
information and insight to continue work on 2.5 though.

I expect everyone to give some confidence and trust to those who'll 
actually do the work now. And hopefully we get more people helping out 
as well!

Personally I'd hate to say "stop the debate", that's what mailing lists 
are for! But, speaking for myself at least, I'll just focus on getting 
stuff done now, and coordinate the big amount of work that's ahead. 
This also goes for other discussions like for UI layouts. Let's review 
topics again when things are tangible and can be tested in practice.
