[Bf-python] Bmesh Broken Addons

hi,
Initial tests with bmesh & addons.

fracture script > fracture object, crack type spherical rough crashes
blender completely.

mesh addons:
both inset scripts, looptools, vert slide, tiny cad, select vert group are
broken.
I would suggest a 1 month time frame to fix or move.
It may besome of these tools will be rewritten anyway when the Bmesh py api
is exposed more.

Many scripts are also reporting errors but still working including, but not
limited to all add_mesh scripts & many Object Scripts.

I would ask that people try to update their scripts, add warnings if broken
& please report errors & fixes when possible.
