[Bf-python] epy doc warnings & errors

In no rush, and thanks for offering ;-)
Before doing any changes that break epydoc 2.x compat we should agree
that ok. (Im ok with it, not that many people generate their own docs
anyway)
aside from that, i you want to make bigger changes Id suggest do one
.py file first and send it to this list.
