[Bf-python] scripts window: "Add NEW" button non functional?

I'll write a report in the tracker if necessary, but this problem
is so obvious that I can't imagine that it went unnoticed. So it's
probably not a bug but something that I'm doing wrongly: In a script
window when I press the button with tooltip "Browses existing
choices or adds NEW", nothing happens. No browsing, not script editor.
Something I'm missing?  (This is SVN/HEAD from today.)
