[Bf-python] object.c patch : static PyObject Object_getAllEffects( BPy_Object self );

Hi,

I really needed a few new functions so  I patched myself  the Object.c 
file to get a list of python objects
of the particule effects  attached to a blender object .

If anybody has 10 minutes to check the patch file .
