[Bf-python] NMesh and subsurfs in blender 2.40alpha1

Hi,

about 'getSubDivLevels'', I use this function in my Povsub (a version of 
Povray renderer with subsurfs) export script but in the current api, 
blender 2.40alpha1, the first one only returns  [1,1] .  I understand 
that this problem is in relation with  the  new modifiers, will it be 
reactivated or replaced in a  near future ?
