[Bf-python] Curve bevob and resol patches

Hello,

I submitted my two earlier patches to the patch tracker for your review.

Curve bevob - adds get/set for curve BevOb
Curve resol - makes appendNurb() use the resolu / resolv values from the curve
object instead of the hardcoded value 12.
