[Bf-python] Python menu not compleate

Hi, Campbell

You mean the Scripts space -> Scripts menu, right?  It's intended, Matt 
had also mentioned that need once or twice.  There may be many more 
additional menus and it wouldn't be nice (or actually necessary) to have 
them there, so only some will stay.  You can chech BPY_menus.h to see 
what was done: all enums after PYMENU_WIZARDS are not put in that menu.
