[Bf-python] OT: good general Python books?

Slightly off-topic, but if I'm writing code here thought it
would be useful to know: what is a good reference for
Python C API? I've beat up a good copy of "Python in
a Nutshell" learning Python itself, but have just
resorted to Google and python.org for trying to figure
out the C API (plus looking at the BPython code).
