[Bf-python] Updates in NMesh and Draw

Hi,

I made some other additions to Draw and fixed to NMesh, probably worth
mentioning here:

Draw.GetStringWidth and Draw.Text now accept an optional second
parameter to choose one of three font sizes: 'normal' (default), 'small'
or 'tiny'.

Also, now Draw.Text(msg, font = 'normal') now returns the width of the
drawn string.

The NMesh update and PutRaw bugs are not completely fixed, but the
situation is hopefully much better now.
