You're looking for an autorigging script which doesn't really exist right now but is definitely possible to do. It seems like several people, myself included, are waiting for 2.5's release before looking more seriously in to this.<div>

Of course a script like this will never take you to 100% and will always involve work by the artist to tweak things but not having to repeat the same steps over and over again while rigging different characters is a huge win.<br>
