Hello Brian, hello Chris,

thanks for your comments.

About the proposal:
I know that implimentations now not final and made just a suggestion
with this proposal. I didn't tried to be unfair.
I got a lot of respect about coding and if any of my postings suppress
somebody sorry my english is limited.
Didn't paln it.
My proposal is never a law, it is just an suggestion and inspiration
making Blender better

About the suggestion of stacks:
I didn't know any programm that has a horizontal stack. The stack is
only limited when you using a horizontal layout.
With the Outliner many people (and me too) has a 3dview, a horizonatl
and a vertical window (like

a secound Buttons window in the
vertical window area you have a large place for a stack.

Personally I hope the plan isn't to keep anything similar to the current
concept. The main negative I see to the current implementation is not
being able to see what is going on. The user can't see what modifiers he
has applied without scrolling through them. I kind of like Bart's concept
and if done right it might work out well.

Just to be fair to zr, the GUI he has provided with the modifier system
isn't final. Its more like a proof of concept. Suggestions are welcome
obviously.. I'm not saying they aren't, I just felt it was best to point
out that he at no point claimed the current setup was optimal. Just
thought I'd clarify!
Re: Modifier GUI mockup
Your suggestions are good but I'm not sure I like the vertical stacking
very much. It limits the number of modifiers you can visualize easily
like the constraints panel. It becomes a nuisance to have to drag a
buttons window horizontally and vertically once you add more than fit on
the screen (which is traditionally horizontal). *forcing* it to be
vertical doesn't seem like the most effective approach. Just my two cents.
