[Bf-funboard] "Frame Dropping" and "AV-Sync" should be only one mode.

What else will a playback be sinchronized to? Audio is real clock. Real
clock is real clock. If I need the playback to be sinchronized... is to
real clock. If Frame Dropping drops frames... but it is not sinchronized

My tests doesn't demostrate the same. "AV-Sync" does exactly what you say.

No, when "AV-Sync" mode is enabled, "Frame Dropping" option in Playback
menu is automatically enabled too.

For CPU. When playback, my computer never goes at real FPS ;).
