[Bf-funboard] asset browser mockup

If anyone is interested in implementing it, I will elaborate a proper
document. But the basics would be:

- Integration (switchable) with the file browser
- Mass file loading via drag&drop files from the file browser to the asset
browser.
- Bulk file operations (duplicate, delete, change filepaths, texture
settings...)
