[Bf-funboard] New Keymap: Interaction suggestion

Gianmichele, that's a great idea!  I've been struggling to figure out
how to fit transform widgets into the keymap so that they aren't
"second class citizens" like they are right now.  This is a fantastic
solution!

I don't think I'll need the addon.  The python code for this should be
pretty simple. :-)
