Hi,

imho it is more obvious for beginners to switsch a camera on just by
by using a switch symbol on the camera, than to remember the shortcut
ctrl-0 to activate the camera.

It is easier to for all just to press one switch to select and activate a
camera than pressing first RMB to select it and than ctrl-0 to activate it.

And at last, I cannot see any disadvantage in this little change.
