[Bf-funboard] default file

Karl, as far as most of this goes I dont really care one way of the
other - mouse clicks for example.
DND is not intended to be left out, its just cant be added nicely
until 2.5 is done. (I am told).

regarding the file selector - how would you suggest browsing inside a
blendfile to append/link objects with a standard file selector? - I
doubt this behavior is supported by any of the OS's file selectors.

Or we could have 2 file selectors one of linking and a normal one for
opening, but this don't seem an improvement to me.
