[Bf-funboard] Snap Menu Order

I find the existing layout confusing, Confusing enough that I need to
read the menu, think about it, and sometimes I select the wrong one.
Once you set your cursor location up and snap to it. getting the order
wrong is annoying since setting the cursor location has no undo (a
separate problem)
Muscle memory is important for really common operations, but its not
so bad if people need to relearn in some areas (IMHO)
