[Bf-funboard] O.S. Integration and better plugin browser

I disagree.  One thing I really like about Blender is that it's
consistent across all platforms.  Whether I'm using it in Linux, on
Windows, on a Mac, or even my mobile phone, Blender is still the same
Blender it always is.  It's simple, effective, and consistent (and
it has nice thumbnail images in SVN right now).  Granted, it's not
perfect, but I think there are definitely good reasons for keeping it
as is.

For those occasions where the file browsers open in a narrow window,
I'll either ESC to another window or simply SHIFT+SPACE to maximize
that window; so it's really a non-issue for me.  Though, perhaps, as
someone else mentioned, going to full screen should be the default
behavior.
