[Bf-funboard] O.S. Integration and better plugin browser

There is also the issue of which ever panel the cursor happens to be over
temporarily becoming a file browser.  This can get annoying sometimes when
the panel my mouse happens to be over is long and narrow or small.  It would
be nice to have a floating window that is consistent for all fileIO
operations.
