[Bf-funboard] button toggle for direction constraint and number access to space menus

it would be nice to be able to toggle a direction constraint as semi permanent

for instance if i want an organic extrusion (ctrl-click) I might want
it constrained to a particular plane or axis for each extrusion, but
currently i can't do that.

another wish mentioned in the forums - number shortcut access to the
space menu - it seems odd to have it for all other menus but not the
space menus which are probably the most frequently used.
