[Bf-funboard] dragging corner of windows

Hi

Actually I started to implement such feature some time ago. My progress so
far allows you to change the mouse cursor appearance at any junction. A
check should be added to prevent changing mouse cursor at borders of the
main window. The patch can be found at
http://bebraw.googlepages.com/moveareasmerged7.txt. See also
http://bebraw.googlepages.com/movepanelsonxandyaxis%27simultaneously and
older version http://bebraw.googlepages.com/moveareasgen3.txt. The biggest
issue left to solve is refactoring of moveareas. The drawing code seems a
bit obscure to me.

I have been coding some other things (nodes etc.) for now. You are welcome
to finish it though, I won't mind at all.
