[Bf-funboard] faster workflow in blender.

the current workflow in blender is quite good but requires too much LMB
clicks; merging two vertices requires two lmb clicks, extrude requires
on clic, IMO it is too much.
the current workflow is the following :

-shortcut key to open menu
- navigate with LMB <= the slow operation.
- use tool

if you have to do it once, no problem, but this procedure is used every
time, even if you want to use the same tool 10x in a row.

the proposed workflow is :
- keep shortcut key pressed.
- lmb click open submenus
- releasing shortcut while the mouse is over a tool icon activates this
tool.
- releasing shortcut while the mouse is over a tool with submenus
activates the last used option in that submenu.
- then use tool.

the advantage is that now, if you want to extrude region 10 times in a
row you only have to :
keep E pressed
- put cursor over "Extrude region"
- release E
- press "E" 9x - since the cursor will be positionned over the last
used option, pressing e quickly will directly activate "Extrude region"

with this workflow we spare 10 LMB clics in this case. And it could
spare even more clicks with other tools... like Merge center 10x it
would spare 19 LMB clics.

the only drawback that i see is that this behaviour maybe difficult to
grasp for newbies, but this "fast" method could be activated with
userpref...

what do you think ?
