[Bf-funboard] Space Menu for any window!

When you pressing space key in 3d window the menu appears on th 
eposition of the cursor. It is a really nice feature and a great 
workflow improvement.

It would be great if this could be done for any window! May first step 
could be implementing this to the UV/Image Editor.

May on some windows like Text Editor must be Ctrl+Space.
