[Bf-funboard] Visual aid for constraint during transform

that is a nice idea. 
It might be good to have the snap grid lighter than the regular grid;
that would help make it stand out more IMO.

Also for rotation, there could be a "pie" overlay; a bunch of lines
radiating out from the center of rotation; each line representing a
step. If this is too cluttered, every other line could be drawn
transparent or a color closer to the 3dview background.
If we want to get really fancy, each "pie slice" of constrained
rotation could be highlited and fill up as you rotate ;)
