[Bf-funboard] Textfield Text selection

How would you folks feel about adding selection capability to the 
one-line text editing fields?
Like, say you're changing the directory name from
    C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender
into
    C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Site\Extras\python\.blender

The lack of selection really makes even this kind of simple editing tedious.
