[Bf-funboard] Layers in 3ds max 6

Hi!

I've put together a page about 3ds max 6 layer management:

Not because I think we should copy it, but for inspiration and comparison.

The only other thing from adding a link to that page that has changed on 
the visibility management page is that I've also added a note about the 
OOPS window labels request from Janek Kozicki.
But nonetheless I would still like some feedback on everything/anything 
on that page!
