[Bf-funboard] Weighted sub surfs

The Idea here is simple. Subsurfs that are very similar to nurbs, in the
way that control points have weights. The "heavier" a vertex is the more
it pulls the sub-divided surface toward it. The settings for the weights
are a small popup over the 3dview (lke 3dview settings, and 3dview
image) that updates whenever a new vertex is selected.

Like hypernurbs in cinema 4d (I think).

I'm not sure waht the viability is of it, but in theory it should be
quite simple.

I'd love to test it!
