[Bf-funboard] renderpreset pulldown

Hiya,

I've coded this in tuhopuu a while ago, I was wondering if you people liked
it..

I made a menu out of the renderpresets, and someone else (can't remember who
it was :) added some new ones too.
this has a few consequence, good or bad.

[bad]
- setting a preset takes 1 more click (unless you click and hold the
mousebutton)
- mouse-over doesn't show the settings that it will change....

[good]
- more settings can be added later on, without space-problems.
- more room is created for other buttons.

(please note that this only involves the pulldown menu, not the rest of the
renderbuttons :)
