Yeah. I guess the only that this idea could be adapted for blender could be
to have some sort of extra feature thing in fullscreen mode only. Does it
work on all OSes? Or just Linux, Irix and Windows? But even then it wouldn't
be that useful because you wouldn't be able to do something contextual
because you may have to pass the mouse over another tiled window space..
