[Bf-funboard] Add New Material button

Hi,

Most of these buttons are created with a generic call. What i can do is  
make both of you happy:

When no block (example: material) is linked; it will:

-> Display the browse button wide, with text 'Browse Material' in it.

Clicking on that, will give as always an 'add new' as first item.
Once a material is added, it will display the situation as it was.  
That's something that's sufficient self-explaining.
