Proposal 8 - changing all Load/Save/Browse buttons

Currently there are two types of browsing windows in
Blender. Image Browse and File Browse. When loading an
imge for a texture there are cunfusingly two buttons
to choose from; one saying Load image and the other
sayning nothing next to it. the Load button takes you
into the File browser while the "nothing" buttons
takes you into the image browser. The two buttons are
very confusing - they add to the visual noise of
confusing buttons everywhere. I think they should be
combined in one browser where you could choose let it
show image thumbnails or not. We should also include
three small dots, which is the standerd look for
browse buttons. Simple, more powerful, more logical,
easier to understand, easier to learn.
