[Bf-funboard] New Pulldown menus

Hi,

Yah, it's experimenting here...

Pro:
- auto-open allows to browse the options without the need for click. It  
can efficiently replace rows of buttons.

- it prevents mouse strain. Especially the popup we had that required  
holding the mouse was something I disliked more and more.
But; of course this doesnt have to open automatically.

Con:
- I sometimes find it annoying too that it opens accidentally...

It's a simple one-liner in the code to tweak this. I mailed before that  
in fact 2 variables could be a user option:
- auto open threshold first time
- auto open threshold second time (for submenus or other pulldowns)

Another idea is to only allow this behaviour for real pulldown menus,  
not for buttons inside a buttonpanel.

Now, come with proposals what *you* like to see!
