[Bf-funboard] New Pulldown menus

Hello,

I'm trying to somehow convince myself of the idea that the
new interface is more usable, and while I'm doing that, I
notice that the new Pulldown-menus (like in Effects->
Build/Wave/Particles) are incredibly difficult to operate
[for me].

Whenever I try to quickly select an option like I'm used to,
it either disappears while i'm still moving the mouse cursor
to the right option, or it just doesn't open at all, or its
value doesn't change.

I guess this automatic timing stuff is not quite compatible
with my (and other peoples') workflow.
