[Bf-funboard] Main header issues and proposals

Regarding taking off the SCR and SCE prefixes, every
other datablock button in Blender uses a prefix to
identify the type of the datablock (OB, CU, MB, CA,
MA, LA, AR, LT, TE, WO, TX, IM, SO, AC, IP and I
probably missed a couple).

Removing them would not only lessen the direct meaning
of the button, it would also break consistency.
