Read the Blender.org website. It has answers to these questions.<br>
Start by watching all the videos you can find. I like Andrew Price's<br>
works but there are a lot of other videos listed on Blender.org.<br>
Read the manual and find PDF books on the internet and read them.<br>
Do short projects in each area of blender.<br>
Model something like a chair and then after a bit an animal and<br>
finally do your own face.<br>
Rig your animal and then your face.<br>
Sculpt something like a face or monster in sculpt mode.<br>
Edit together a short film made with animation or even just a few video bits.<br>
Try out cycles and do a photo real room.<br>
Get good with the compositor using lens flares and blurs etc.<br>
Start helping people on IRC!!!! A great way to learn how to be a<br>
teacher and the normal problems that people are having.<br>
