Hi Victor,

Sorry for the delayed response.  As far as I can tell from the
submission rules, there shouldn't be a problem running the course
elsewhere.  I'll doublecheck to be sure, though.

In the meantime, could you point me to a link on the dates and
submission guidelines for CGOverdrive?
