[Bf-education] 2.3 Manual remainders

Hi,

The books are 1.3 kilo each (almost 3 pounds?). So that will cost some  
to ship.
I did a quick quote a while ago, depending on speed (you can do boat!)  
it's around 1000-1500 USD.

The books are packed per 400 copies on a pallet.
