not sure if this is relevant, but I still have a pending addition to the<br>
manual, regarding the 2D stabilzer (which was improved with this release).<br>

The text was drafted in the wiki and I got some feedback; I have just<br>
finished translating it into ReStructuredText and opened a Diff<br>

Please take my apologies for being so late, I was very busy with "real life"<br>

The place to add such a link would be the section "2D Stabilization Panel"<br>
in the page manual/editors/movie_clip_<wbr>editor/tracking/clip/<wbr>properties.rst<br>

What's important IMHO is just that users have some way to get at that<br>
extended information regarding the stabilizer. If it's possible to<br>
get it included into the user manual proper, either now or with some<br>
future update/release, then all the better.<br>
